Navy, gold and mint roses fascinator hat

I've made this super glam hat with vintage and non Swarovski crystals and lots of gorgeous recycled and upcycled bits on a vintage hat base. It's as glam as it gets! Lovely and lightweight,  sparkly and with a pink braided hair elastic. 
Spot clean only to keep your hat looking great for longer.
