Pastel flowers lace and rose quartz occassion hat

I've made this super glam hat with vintage and non Swarovski crystals and lots of gorgeous recycled and upcycled bits on a vintage wedding hat base. It's as glam as it gets! 
Spot clean only to keep your hat looking great for longer.
